At The Psyrcle, accessibility reflects our values and our commitment to community.
We recognize that many retreat environments, including nature-based settings and private venues, are not always fully accessible by default. Standard definitions of accessibility do not always account for the realities of these spaces. For this reason, we approach accessibility as a shared responsibility rather than a fixed standard.
We work with participants to support meaningful engagement in a range of environments. This may include adapting to the terrain, providing physical support when needed, or allowing individuals to move at their own pace. Our approach emphasizes presence, flexibility, and care.
Accessibility is not treated as a checklist or assigned to a single role. It is something we maintain collectively through awareness, communication, and mutual respect.
A limited number of discounted tickets may be available at select gatherings for participants interested in serving as Accessibility Stewards. These roles are voluntary and contribute to a shared approach to inclusion and support.
We are committed to ongoing improvement and welcome communication around accessibility needs. Individual circumstances are considered as part of the overall experience.
