Lie back and let the sound do the work. Our sound practitioners layer Himalayan singing bowls, crystal alchemy bowls, the gong, and tuning forks to guide you into deep states of rest and expanded perception. Mats, pillows, and eye coverings are provided. Wear comfortable clothing and arrive with an empty stomach if possible.
